After a number of failed attempts at renovating and extending our home over the last 20 years or so, culminating in a dual occupancy venture. We took stock and decided to sell and downsize. For those of you who are unfamiliar with how advocates are paid: If she sells directly to a buyer, you will pay a lower commission to an advocate than an estate agent, but if the agent sells your property, it is the agent who pays her commission. You can’t lose!!!
