We recently used Bayside Real Estate for our 1st House purchase & I was blown away with their knowledge & experience of the real estate market. After endlessly looking for nearly 2 years, Clint found us our dream home in a little over a month, & when they took us to Auction with their cunningly devised strategy mixed with Nicole’s killer instincts and negotiating skills we walked away with a fantastic property to call home. As a full time single parent, I am very time poor, selling my house was a daunting prospect. I resonated with Nicole immediately and her obvious love of real estate. She was an absolute delight to work with. She arranged everything! from interviewing the three agents, gaining their quotes, as well as two quotes from property stagers and then helped to make the ‘right’ selection.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with how advocates are paid: If she sells directly to a buyer, you will pay a lower commission to an advocate than an estate agent, but if the agent sells your property, it is the agent who pays her commission. You can’t lose!!!

Using Bayside Real Estate Advocates was an efficient way to purchase, Nicole was professional and calm. She has a vast understanding of all things real estate and property related, from building and design to contract due diligence, protecting us from potential unforeseen circumstances.
