Clint Payne is a seasoned real estate professional with a passion for helping people and over three decades of experience in sales and property. After a successful 30-year career in corporate sales, Clint transitioned into real estate alongside his wife, Nicole, where together they built a thriving business with Ray White Beaumaris.

Clint’s career began in property management, giving him a strong foundation in the day-to-day workings of the property market. From there, he moved into residential sales and developed into a skilled auctioneer, conducting more than 100 auctions. In 2018, after selling their business, Clint continued to make his mark by managing and training sales teams across multiple agencies, further expanding his knowledge of the Melbourne property landscape.

Today, Clint specialises as a buyers’ agent and advocate, using his deep market knowledge, sharp negotiation skills, and personable approach to guide clients through the buying process. His clients range from first home buyers to upsizers, downsizers, and both local and interstate investors. Known for his down-to-earth style and unwavering commitment, Clint is dedicated to securing the best possible outcomes and making the property journey seamless for his clients.

Away from real estate, Clint is a proud dad to an energetic nine-year-old boy and enjoys time with family, friends, and the occasional round of golf. He also has a passion for home renovation, often applying the same eye for detail and persistence to his own family home as he does in his professional work.
